I can’t recommend Hannah enough for hypnobirthing. The home sessions with my husband were incredibly reassuring and I felt completely comfortable asking anything, no matter how silly the questions were! Learning the breathing techniques in person kept me motivated to practise them throughout pregnancy and into labour. My husband also found the sessions valuable, giving him a clearer idea of how to support me. The soundtracks and affirmations Hannah provided were calming and helpful, and I even used them during labour. As a midwife, Hannah’s expertise made me feel I was in the safest of hands. We completed our course with Hannah when I was about 24 weeks. We really enjoyed the content and found the tracks and scripts really useful when it came to practicing my breathing and generally preparing for birth. Throughout pregnancy I felt I could ask Hannah questions in our sessions if I was worried about anything and she was really helpful in answering them without judgement. Looking back on my birth experience I can safely say the tools I learnt during the course definitely helped me and my husband cope during labour and after the birth. She was safely delivered vaginally and even though I had to experience going to theatre after birth I was able to remain in control and calm. Thank you Hannah!

My husband and I enjoyed our sessions with Hannah. She is very knowledgeable especially being a qualified midwife herself. The sessions were conducted within our home which made both my husband and I feel very comfortable.
The course helped me prepare by learning about the physical side of birth alongside the emotional preparation.
The practise allows you to connect with your breathing and learn to relax your body in a deeper way. I have found the techniques and sound tracks helpful to prepare for the birth, but also during the pregnancy itself to aid with relaxation and improve sleep! Thanks again!
