About Me
Hello, I'm Hannah and I have worked as an NHS Midwife for over 8 years. Being a midwife is truly an honour and I have been lucky enough to meet and support many amazing women and families. I have witnessed, time after time, how hypnobirthing can help women achieve a calm and empowering pregnancy and birth.
In January 2024, I gave birth to my son, Casey. I experienced the most amazing pool birth, supported by my husband and some of my closest work colleagues. Truly a day I will never forget. During my pregnancy and birth, I used techniques I had learnt from my course with The Wise Hippo Hypnobirthing programme. I got so much more from the course than I had imagined. It enabled me to stay calm and remain positive if my pregnancy took a path I wasn't expecting and also gave me the tools I needed to navigate labour, birth and the early postnatal days. I felt so passionate about my experience, I decided I needed to share these tools with others and that's where Breathe&Prep was born!
The Course
Your course will cover antenatal topics such as how the pregnant body works, pelvic floor and perineal massage, birth preferences, positions for birth, signs of labour, the role of the birth partner, breast and bottle feeding and the early postnatal period.
Learning alongside The Wise Hippo hypnobirthing programme allows access to all of the online resources and your own manual to guide you through the course. You will be joining a community of like minded individuals who appreciate the real talk, practical approach to hypnobirthing.

Each pregnancy and birth journey is individual, therefore I offer three options to best suit you
At Home £250
Delivered across 4 x 2 hour sessions in the comfort of your own home
Online £220
Delivered virtually across 4 x 2 hour sessions by Zoom or Teams
Group £175
Delivered across 4 x 2 hour sessions with only 4 birth teams per class, these sessions remain personal with the added opportunity to meet other like-minded parents
